afsd will not run properly on hppa, it dumps core on startup.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install OpenBSD/hppa 3.9 on hppa box (in this case a B180L). Turn
afs on in rc.conf, reboot.  Note how afsd is not running and the
core in the cache directory.

Unknown, perhaps I need to do this on a more tested platform.
