remove dead HOMEPAGE of x11/{waimea,wampager}

Jasper Lievisse Adriaanse
HOMEPAGE of x11/{waimea,wampager} is dead. And waimea.sf.net doesn't look
like a real homepage too.

Globally I think waimea is more or less dead as a project. David Reveman
nowadays hacks compiz.

Anyways <http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software_2fwaimea> may be
considered as the remaining home page.

It seems that kahakai (http://sourceforge.net/projects/kahakai/ ) is the
continuation of Waimea.

Makes sense to me.

Are you sure? It looks even more dead than waimea. No activity of any
kind since almost 2 years on this project.

I should've put ``continuation'' between quotation marks, since that's what
Kahaki's project page on Sourceforge says, but I looks quite dead too.
