have you tried
$ stty erase ^?

where ^? is the actual characters '^' and '?'

I have an issue where backspace shows instead of deleting a char, and
that command fixes it for me

but at this state any key input is not shown on monitor .
nevertheless i input ' stty erase ^? [return]  ' , but no response .

miniroot-panda-60.fs( 2016-08-15 ) may be immature .
i wait time .

abieber@ recently reported the pandaboard as working again
after the fdt ehci changes went in.

That was before the various com changes though.

Perhaps he can try to replicate the problem.

i previously failed 5.9 panda ,  but now i succeed in 5.9 .
this tells me tha the choice of sd card is very important .
now i use transcend premium 400X 16GB .

but with this card , i fail 5.9 panda .

hi all .

panda's arm openbsd is fragile at present .

so i tried panda's arm freebsd .
it is easy to install .
but then after there is no package.
so i install even lftp by ports .
many minites is costed .
and perhaps i cannot gain  X .
panda's arm freebsd is convinient to diagnose panda's helthy .

panda runs arch linux , but odroid-c2 runs it more better .

anyway i heartly wait the day panda runs openbsd well .

abieber@ lent me his pandaboard and I've managed to get
it working again by adding the omwugen(4) driver.

This should be available in snapshots in a few days time.
