[new] sysutils/yabitrot

Solene Rapenne
Hi, this is yabitrot, a small utility to check bitrot. It uses Adler-32
checksum to go faster. It's just a python script.

Please use ${MODPY_BIN} instead of ${LOCALBASE}/bin/python3.6,
otherwise okay with me.

This way people can find it more easily .. It's faster than
sysutils/bitrot which is pretty much just a python script too :)

I was pretty sure this question would rise.
So, I think it's worth having it in ports, I reviewed it to make sure it's not harmful or not functional and it makes easier for installation, users can trust the package.
I will understand if people think packaging a script is not worth.
