new inteldrm unstable on HD 500

Synopsis: Xorg occasionaly triggers kernel panic with Intel HD 500 graphics

Description:
 Zotax CI327 nuc with "Celeron N3450" cpu (Intel HD Graphics 500),
connected to 4k display  occasionaly crashes, most commonly on xenodm
startup or on window resize.

Errors seen:

After first startup of 6.2, X failed to start up login manager:

After a reboot, X login did come up, xfce started up and I could do pkg_add
-u. After that, I started up iridium browser and tried to resize its
window. This happened:

Sometimes, also at window resize, only this pops up in a crash:

In all cases, ddb keyboard is dead and I can't do any further debugging.

I also tried with adding Driver "intel" to xorg.conf. Xorg.0.log indicated that intel
driver is in use, but the crashes happened in the same manner.

How-To-Repeat:
 Play with cheap Intel Atom goldmont system like Zotac CI327.
