The 2nd line of the message differs each time the problem occurs.

        The problem can be repeated easily by dump a directory with large file, or by creating file of szie over 400MB with dd.  Sometimes the problem occurs by repeating file creation with smaller file using dd several times.

Hi,  

Some supplementary information of this problem: the problem doesn't
occur if the file is created using dd with small block size (say bs=10)
or grow like a log file.  Fyi also.
