ed25519 ssh key issues?

jungle Boogie
Hi All,

After updating to the latest amd64 snapshot, my ssh keys no longer work on
a host with a different snapshot (from Sunday).

Load key "/home/jungle/. ssh/id_ed25519": invalid format

My keys on both hosts have not changed in months.

I cannot connect to the remote end at all and can't upgrade it to the
latest snapshot see if that fixes it.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

After upgrading another amd64 host to the latest snapshot, its ssh keys are
fine. With some help with #openbsd folks, we came to the conclusion that the ssh
keys for my user became corrupted somehow.

broken host:
$ wc -lc .ssh/id_ed25519
       6     348 .ssh/id_ed25519

working host:
$ wc -lc .ssh/id_ed25519
       7     411 .ssh/id_ed25519

Sorry for the noise.

Thanks!
