carp master 3.9 on i386 paniced

Stephan A. Rickauer
(I am not sure whether this is a bug, so please tell me if I used the
wrong list)

This little script I use to quickly switch my MASTER firewall over to
the second one in my carp fw 'cluster':

  #!/bin/sh
  for i in 0 1 2 3; do ifconfig carp$i down; done
  ifconfig | grep "carp:"; sleep 1

  for i in 0 1 2 3; do ifconfig carp$i destroy; done
  ifconfig | grep "carp:"

This works since 3.7 and very reliably. 3.9 runs since 1st May without
problems. Yesterday, after executing the above script, the nucleus
paniced. I don't know whether that has anything to do with executing my
script or not, but I wanted to give the full story at least.

Here's all data I can think of:

Three jpg's with a screenshot of ddb's ps and trace:

(yes, I know, but for some reason the ddb's output has not been sent to
tty00 ...)
