amd64 ramdisk_cd, add mount_msdos

Did you build floppies?

I did a full mkr, though the floppy has its own list.local file,
so isn't affected by this.

Heh, I missed that.  The i386 CD has this so amd64 should have it as
well.  Therefore:

This looks to me like he's adding it only to the cdXX.iso.
