alpha won't boot after upgrade

Antoine Jacoutot-7
Hi.

Just updated my Alpha to the latest snap (Dec 4th) using bsd.rd.
Now the machine won't boot with...

AlphaServer DS10L 466 MHz Console V7.3-1, Feb 27 2007 13:17:58
>>>boot
(boot dqa0.0.0.13.0 -flags 0)
block 0 of dqa0.0.0.13.0 is a valid boot block
reading 15 blocks from dqa0.0.0.13.0
bootstrap code read in
base = 200000, image_start = 0, image_bytes = 1e00(7680)
initializing HWRPB at 2000
initializing page table at ff2c000
initializing machine state
setting affinity to the primary CPU
jumping to bootstrap code

halted CPU 0

halt code = 2
kernel stack not valid halt
PC = 2000914
>>>

I'm no Alpha expert so I may miss something obvious...

Bummer.

Looks like a problem with the boot strap code as it does not look like
it tries to load the kernel. Try looking at installboot (8) after
booting the DS10 from alternative media.
