>Description:
    On multiple ancient systems (pre-UEFI) and one UEFI (2014) systems,
upgrading from 6.3 results in kernel resetting the machine as it pass
        boot>. No matter which kernel is loaded even a 6.3 kernel copied
from a living system. If the crippled system is booted using the
installation
        USB key, the boot process continues and the system comes up.
>How-To-Repeat:
    Install/Upgrade a system partitioning it using the whole disk for / and
few GB for swap.
>Fix:
    Partition the system following the Whole and Automatic partitioning
scheme from the installer.
