Steve Jobs: The lost Interview

Eric Furman-3
If you have not seen this you must make it a priority.
Every business man should watch it.
Every team leader should watch it.
Theo has assembled an A Team.
Ignore me, watch the video.

For those without access, the A players part OP mentioned can be also
seen in this folklore.org entry
 -
 http://www.folklore.org/StoryView.py?project=Macintosh&story=How_to_Hire_Insanely_Great_Employees.txt

Though it was a bit differently phrased and expanded in the interview.
It boiled down to A players don't want to work with B & C players they
want to work with other A players.

The interview is long (a bit over 1 hour) covers:
 - early days (how they started)
 - visits to Xerox research labs (this is the best part of the interview
 imho)
 - product timeline up to Steve's departure from Apple
 - Microsoft & IBM monopoly
 - a passage on his struggle with Sculley & his departure from Apple
 - a *tiny* passage about NeXT where he mostly made a pitch for OOP
 - 'guessing' the future where Steve mostly put bets on the web

The interview took place 18 months before Steve sold NeXT to Apple.
There was little about the tech side of things, most sections had
business related questions slipped in the interview.

Quite nice to watch but not mind blowing.

Regards,

Saludos,

P.S. Tienen otras personas problemas en actualizar OpenBSD 5.6? Gracias.
I really like the new version, but can't boot when going to -stable. I had
no issues doing this with 5.5. I'm considering using -current on my fast
computer, upgrade from a snapshot... it would be sweet to run USB3...
