Random reboots and shutdown of VMs on 6.4

>Description:
        With a host running 6.4 and a VM running 6.4 (seemingly), VMs are rebooting without a very specific reason. In most cases nothing is showing up in the logs, also had an instance where a VM would just shutdown. I have included all log entries for vmd from /var/log/daemon, as there are some indicators (hopefully) why this is happening. It's not an overly busy machine with 15 VMs running.
>How-To-Repeat:
        Not been able to pinpoint a reason why this is happening and would be great to hear what can be done to collect more useful data.
