Problems connecting to openbsd.org

Ardy Falls
I can connect if I use the ip address http://199.185.137.3/ which is
associated with openbsd.org
but if I used the ip address associated with www.openbsd.org it does
not work (142.244.12.42).

Strangely I can connect to 142.244.12.42 via a proxy so I am guessing
that your server is blocking my IP address for some reason...

~$ nslookup www.openbsd.org
Server:         10.1.1.102
Address:        10.1.1.102#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:   www.openbsd.org
Address: 142.244.12.42

~$ nslookup openbsd.org
Server:         10.1.1.102
Address:        10.1.1.102#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:   openbsd.org
Address: 199.185.137.3

my ip address: 216.27.183.233

Thanks,
Ardy

That Ip is not blocked on www.openbsd.org as of right now:

# pfctl -t attackers -Tshow
   112.220.106.35
   122.194.113.155
   122.228.202.213
   129.128.5.140
   163.17.151.1
   180.153.149.87
   183.62.57.18
   183.91.7.49
   184.107.179.242
   201.144.91.198
   203.38.6.76
   211.144.37.41
   211.157.105.80
   212.5.48.25
   212.12.177.33
   213.150.176.166
   213.201.49.36
   216.240.157.176
   218.249.32.163
   220.194.53.114
   221.132.35.170
   221.233.134.15
   222.73.167.115
   223.202.16.34

It could have been earlier:

block in quick inet from <attackers>
pass in quick proto tcp from any to 129.128.5.191 port {80} keep state
(max-src-conn-rate 500/2, overload <attackers> flush global)

.....
15      7       *       *       *       pfctl -t attackers -T expire
604800 > /dev/null 2>&1

Traceroute might help find your problem.
