OpenBSD don't work on Supermicro 5015M-T ( Intel E7230 chipset )

Hi!
        We have problems on Supermicro 5015M-T server. Kernel started, but hangs  
up after pcibios0: find. We try OpenBSD 3.7, 3.8, and 3.9 snapshot, result  
the same. It's OpenBSD 3.8 (started from floppy "floppy3.8.fs") output :

        On this moment kernel hangs up and does nothing. On Linux and FreeBSD  
this server works normaly. Our server specification: Supermicro 5015M-T,  
motherboard PDSMi ( Intel E7230 chipset,  ICH7R SATA controller ), P4  
3.2GHz/800MHz/2Mb, 512MB DDRII 533, 1x 64 PCI-X 133MHz, Dualport  
Intel82573V Gb PCIE Ethernet, ATI Rage XL 8MB PCI graphic, CDROM, Floppy,  
2 SATA HDD.
        It's FreeBSD 6 dmesg :
