OpenBSD 5.6 documentation bug

Alexander Lobodzinski-2
>Synopsis:      wrong max value for rltime in rtadv.conf(5)
>Category:      documentation
>Environment:
        System      : OpenBSD 5.6
        Details     : all
        Architecture: all
        Machine     : all
>Description:
rtadvd.conf(5) mentions a maximum value of 3600000 seconds for
rltime which is bogus.  The correct maximum value demanded by RFC4861
and also correctly enforced by the rtadvd code is 9000.
