[NEW] x11/paraview

This is a big item; comments welcomed.

Paraview is widely used in the supercomputer field; this port includes
VTK and Python integration.  This is 5.9.0 released a few weeks ago.

Built/tested on amd64, builds on aarch64 (single threaded).

Two issues remain:

1. how to fetch the distfile with a very long url

2. how/why cmake patch for OpenBSD adjusts package-specific so files.


(It takes an hour to build on an 8-core Ryzen; pkg file is 171MB).
