HDMI2 on docking station only functional after first suspend.

Hi,

I've had this bug for a while now. I posted a couple of times on tech@ (in
hindsight, it should have been here):

I spent a fair amount of time trying to understand what was going wrong in the
EDID code, but alas, no cigar.

Reposting on bugs@ so it doesn't get lost/forgotten. Here's an updated bug
report using the latest snapshot.

Booting the x240t sat on the official docking station. The dock has a monitor
plugged in to the displayport socket (a.k.a. HDMI2):

And from here on out, you can use the port. Something about suspend
makes the port behave correctly. This is only an issue for the docking
station DP. The on-board DP socket works just fine.

Can confirm the same behaviour on an x220 (intel gpu) with an
external monitor plugged into hdmi2 port on the docking station, needs a
suspend/resume to work.

Got lost in the code, but some printf-debugging showed that in the
resume path it does a second scan through the "graphic ports" after
uhub's reattach. This makes it work. This second scan does not happen on
a normal boot.
