A bunch (35+) of very old ports to look at deleting

Kurt Mosiejczuk-9
After the first couple of ports I nominated for deletion, I went through
all the python ports in cvsweb and looked for ones where the distfile's
last update was by naddy four years ago:
"Drop remaining MD5/RMD160/SHA1 checksums."

Any ports with this as their commit message are even older than the four
years of that commit. I believe ports hadn't used those old checksums in
some time.

Any ports that have lots of consumers I left off of this list.

Last chance to save any of these ports. I'm oiling my chainsaw.
