(3.9beta/i386) sensorsd can not start?

after upgrade to 3.9beta/i386, sensorsd can not start
when i start the sensorsd, it show the error message

shell$: /usr/sbin/sensorsd
sensorsd: sysctl: No such file or directory

what file or directory should i need?

I see the same behaviour on snapshot from Jan 24, i386.
